Poddar Technoplast, an ISO 9001:2015 certified company is engaged in manufacturing plastic packaging containers for various industries such as paint, chemical, pesticides, lubricant, greases and dairies. The company has manufacturing facility at Bagru Industrial Area, which is a prominent industries area of Jaipur located on NH-8 Highway.

The journey began in 2015 with commissioning of one 100T Ferromatik Millacron machine in 12,000 sq. ft PEB shed to produce small container. In 2006, two machines, 250T & 450T were added to complete the container family. In 2017, Poddar Technoplast was able to establish itself as a genuine supplier of plastic container with customer satisfaction. To meet the increasing demand, two more machines, 150T & 300T were added in 2008. Another 450T & 120T added in 2023.

Since branding plays a important role in packaging, we have installed 6 screen printing and one HTL machine. Seeing the growing demand for IML containers, the company is planning to start IML decoration right from 2019.

To ensure timely supply company has MOU with major polymer products such as IOCL, Reliance & Haldia. GS Caltex and Borouge are among other suppliers. Masterbatch also plays important role in moulding process as the packaging colour must be consistent, bright and must not face over duration. Keeping these point under consideration we procure masterbatches from Plastiblends.

To increase productivity and save energy most of our moulds are hot runner auto drop mould. For quality control stack test, drop test and leakage tests are done on regular basis.
